ERP Software Development Manager – Remote (WI/MN Preferred) – $180-200k + Bonus
A fast-growing company is seeking a seasoned Software Development Manager to lead its NetSuite development and QA teams. This is a remote-first position, but candidates based in Wisconsin or Minnesota are preferred to accommodate occasional on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor NetSuite developers and QA professionals
Oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and translate business requirements
Drive ERP and data migration initiatives
Maintain and optimize integrations with third-party systems and payment platforms
Ensure compliance with internal controls and external contractual agreements
Required Experience:
Proven leadership in software development and quality assurance
Strong background in NetSuite environments
Experience with ERP migration, data migration, and post-implementation support
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft DevOps, Asana, SnagIt, and GoAnywhere
Familiarity with Cybersource, Vertex, and enterprise reporting
Working knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign and multi-system integration
Skilled in managing business and technical documentation
Strong understanding of software QA best practices and supervisory skills in technical teams
